PROJECT STATEMENT 项目介绍:
Beginning with a two level existing space in an old cable factory,
the design approach was to emphasize the double height entry and differentiate the qualities of the two floors. Each floor has a different spatial approach. On the first floor 3 black cubes create private rooms for storage, recreation and administration, leaving a negative space for more fluid office environment. On the 2nd Floor, the open atelier with a large table, workspaces and a large library for research creates a place for ideas to manifest themselves and be developed.
