PROJECT STATEMENT 项目介绍：
For this project we designed two villa interiors. We de-fragmentated both the spaces and functions in the houses, creating a clear and logical floorplan with simple well-lit spaces. To improve comfort and to reduce heating and cooling expenses, we improved the insulation and exchanged the installed aircoditioning system with a concrete core heating/cooling system and a ventilation system with heat exchanger. The villa’s can heated or cooled much more effectively and because all pipes are incooperated in the floor all piping will be out of sight, in this way there is no need for a lowered ceiling so the rooms will be higher and more spacious.
