PROJECT DESCRIPTION 项目介绍:
For this competition to develop a new living quarter in a little town in The Netherlands, we proposed to re-develop and old, partly un-used business parc close to the city centre. Parts of the existing structures can be re-used, empty plots can be developed. In this way the quarter as a whole can slowly develop into a comfortable, sustainable and unique environment. The backbone of the project is the infrastructure that allows both companies and residents to use the public space effectively, safely and comfortably, the connectivity of the quarter will be imporved and the green and public space can create recreational and economical activities. We designed a flexible housing system that fits the fragmented planning as well as various demands of future inhabitants and will create a continuous but divers and vivid environment.
